SOAMfactor Refund Policy

SOAMfactor, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides products and services exclusively to registered businesses (“you” or “your”). This Refund Policy explains our approach to returns, refunds, and credits for wholesale orders placed through [Insert Website URL] (“Site”).
General Policy
- All wholesale/B2B orders are generally non-refundable.
- Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
- By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Retain the product in its original packaging until further instructions are provided.
After verification, we may:
- Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a credit note toward a future order.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
- All returns must be pre-approved in writing by SOAMfactor, LLC.
- Customers are responsible for following our return instructions, including shipping method and labeling.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products purchased in bulk that are not defective
- Special orders, custom or personalized products
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Refund Processing
- Refunds or credits will be issued only after inspection and verification of the returned item(s). Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or as a credit toward future purchases.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Shipments in Transit
- We strongly recommend inspecting all shipments upon receipt.
- If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of receipt.
Checkout Acknowledgment (Required)
At checkout, all B2B customers must check the following box to complete their order. By checking this box, the customer acknowledges that wholesale orders are generally non-refundable, except for defective or damaged products, and has read and agrees to SOAMfactor’s Refund Policy.
