1. What is your shipping policy?
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times will vary by location.. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $1000. All other orders ship at a standard flat rate.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your region, chosen shipping method, and weather.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally. We currently only work with providers in the USA.
5. What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14–30 days (you choose) of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened products may not be eligible. Contact customer service for help.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at (support@soamfactor.com) with photos and your order number.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. You’ll get an email confirming your refund.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Our protocols and ritual products are heavily researched and tested. Check each product page for specific ingredients, key benefits, and skin-type recommendations.
